These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User", "you") who uses the ek772 platform ("Platform", "Website"). By creating an account or accessing the platform using ek772 services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

ek772 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you automatically accept the new Terms.

2.3 Accurate Information

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is true, complete, and kept up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ek772 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, identity verification or additional security review may be required, which can affect the processing time.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be shared with anyone else.
• If multiple accounts or manipulation are detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• ek772 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Each promotional offer may have its own expiry period; if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bet outcomes on ek772 are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. Any winnings incorrectly displayed or credited due to a technical error on the platform will be considered void.

6.2 Game Validity

ek772 holds final authority in determining the rules and conditions of each game. In the event of a dispute over a game result, ek772's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial assistance.
• Bonus manipulation through account transfers.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through collusion with other users.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financing activity.

If such activities are detected, ek772 will immediately suspend or close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit all associated balances.

7. VIP & Loyalty Program

ek772's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular and active participation. ek772 reserves the right to modify the benefits and structure of the VIP program at any time.

8. Fair Use & Platform Integrity

ek772 is committed to maintaining a fair-play environment. Your personal and financial information is kept secure through SSL encryption and other protective measures. The gaming engine is operated through trusted technology providers.
